You must:

• ·Not be prohibited from using Services by applicable law
• ·Agree to these Terms

Parents: Please monitor your children's use of the Services.

• ·Create one personal account per user
• ·Keep your login secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account
• ·Notify us immediately of unauthorized use: support@polarisbible.com
• ·We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations

What We Provide

• ·AI Bible study chat and devotions (Product 1)
• ·Sermon-to-small-group tools (Product 2 — Ministry tier)
• ·iOS Bible app (Product 3)
• ·Beta features (may change without notice)

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you input (prompts, uploaded sermons). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to provide and improve the Services (anonymized, opt-in only).

• ·Billing: Monthly via Stripe. No long-term contracts.
• ·Free Trial: Pro/Ministry.
• ·Cancellation: Any time via account settings. No refunds.
• ·Taxes: You pay applicable sales tax.
• ·Price Changes: 30 days notice.

You agree NOT to:

• ×Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy Services
• ×Use for commercial purposes without license
• ×Harass, spam, or abuse other users
• ×Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• ×Use to promote cults, heresy, or non-Christian teachings
• ×Attempt to bypass theological guardrails
• ×Automate usage (bots/scrapers)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate violators without notice.

Polaris Bible applies conservative, evangelical boundaries to all AI outputs:

• ·Outputs align with faithful, historically grounded interpretation
• ·No progressive revisionism on core doctrines
• ·AI assists study — does not replace Scripture, church, or discernment

• ·AI Providers: Anthropic (your prompts sent during sessions)
• ·Payments: Stripe (we don't store card data)
• ·Hosting: (encrypted)
• ·Analytics: analytics (anonymized)

Their policies apply. We are not liable for their services.

• ·Our IP: All code, design, AI models are ours. Limited license for personal use.
• ·Bible Translations: Licensed from publishers if required. Respect their terms.
• ·Your Output: You may use AI-generated study materials for personal and church use.

No resale or commercial distribution without written permission.

• ·By You: Delete account anytime
• ·By Us: For violations, non-payment, or at our discretion
• ·Survival: Sections 5, 6, 7, 9–17 survive termination

SERVICES PROVIDED “AS IS.” NO WARRANTIES.

• ·AI may contain errors
• ·Not a substitute for pastoral counsel
• ·Beta features may be unreliable
• ·Third-party content is not endorsed

Your spiritual discernment is required.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ·No consequential damages
• ·Liability capped at $100 or subscription fees paid in the last 12 months
• ·No liability for AI errors, theological disagreements, or user content

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services.

Tennessee law applies. Disputes resolved in Knoxville, TN courts.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Major changes receive 30 days notice.

• ·Entire agreement (supersedes all prior agreements)
• ·Severability (invalid provisions do not void the rest)
• ·No waiver (failure to enforce is not a waiver)
• ·Assignment (we may assign; you may not)
